FAQs & Exchange Policy

Thanks for being a part of our gorgeous shopping community!    

If you're a facebook user, PLEASE join our community there!  We chat, do Live Sales (Thurs at 7:30pm) and are really able to get to know you better - thats the best part!  Items are most often shown there in the Live Sales first, then posted here to the website, so if you're a popular size or looking for something that's in high-demand, please join us!  We'd love to have you! 

Here are some of our shop policies: 
Our ship time remains consistently at 1-2 business days.  In busy weeks we sometimes take 3 business days.  If there are any issues with your order, you'll be notified via email or the phone number attached to your order. 
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer refunds but are happy to issue an exchange.  Please initiate the exchange process within 15 days of payment.  Exchanges are accepted IF an item is damaged, mis-sized, or you are simply unhappy (whiskey helps with that ;) )! 
  • In-store customers may only exchange with a receipt (or order # if order was placed online or on our app).  
  • To exchange, please first email whiskeyroseco@yahoo.com so we know to expect your item.  
  • In most cases, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Tags MUST be intact and items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Shoes MUST be sent in their original box (then inside another box or mailer).  We must have the original box to resell and ship the shoes. Shoes with labels attached to the original box will not be accepted.    
  • If a return item arrives damaged, covered in animal hair, or smelling of any foul odors (smoke), customer will be notified and their return will be rejected and sent back. 
    • If you wouldn't buy it in the condition you're sending it back in, it is not exchange eligible.  
Once we receive the item back and it has been inspected, you will be issued store credit. 
  - Customer will be notified via PM, email, etc. 
  - There will be a $3 restocking fee applied to all exchanges.
  - Customer pays shipping on exchange items. 
  - Exchange Credit will expire 2 weeks after issue date. 
Due to hygienic concerns, some items are not eligible for exchange..
  • Camis, undertanks, and bralettes are final sale items.
  • Custom Order items are final sale items.
  • Leggings are final sale items. 
  • Jewelry and accessories worn on the face and head are final sale items.
  • All beauty items are final sale items

The following items are also not exchange eligible: 

  • All seasonal items are final sale items
  • All markdowns/sale items/discounted items are final sale items
  • All bundle deals are final sale items 
  • All Subscription Box items are final sale items (as agreed to upon subscribing). 
Exchanges are FINAL SALE.
Items already exchanged are final sale.  Customers may not exchange an exchange.
